A few months ago I purchased my Hubsan 501SS and would love to be able to extend the viewing range to match the 500m the craft will fly outbound. It loses signal and I fly blind until I hit 'Return To Home'. The transmitter has the stock flat patch 5.8 antenna. Does anyone have experience with a mod or accessory to improve it?
    Thanks!

I appreciate the reply. I have the 'Advanced' transmitter with the 2 external antenna. One the flat panel patch 5.8 is the one for FPV and I'm looking to increase the range and view quality. Will that 5.8 antenna shown in the video help?
