Help w/ 3s/4s electronics and wiring

I'm in the process of building a F550 (upgrading from F450). I'm running 4s Lipo batteries. My FPV and LEDs require the lower voltage of a 3s - 11.1v. Can a circuit board be built to step down the voltage from 14.8 to 11.1 in one convenient location? Seems like it would be easier to add things in the future also.
