Help Needed!!!! KK Blackboard V5.5 XCopter2.5

I have a new KK Blackboard V5.5, XCopter 2.5. Its connected to four Plush 25A ESC's and the Spektrum AR6210 reciver...

I have followed advice and read many articles on setup. Callibrated the ESC's individually using the Turnigy programmer and also turned the YAW pot to zero and done the transmitter throttle max/min setup.

When i re power the board with the yaw pot more than 20% it beeps continuously as if the esc's are not configured. If the yaw pot is less than 20% it works the throttle well and all four motors turn as they should.

On top of this added pain, I have no pitch yaw or roll response when i tilt the frame in any direction with the motors running. Arming the board doesnt work and i have adjusted the trim settings and tried multiple movements of the sticks after reading several stories of arming issues...

What can i do to get this board to work???
