XAircraft Help Getting off the Ground

I can't get my SuperX powered RCTimer 550 (DJI clone) to get off the ground.

I've calibrated the ESC's, set the neutral point, and reverse calibration. It just won't move.

Anyone have any ideas?

f550 frame from rctimer
2830-1000kv motors
SimonK 30A ESC's
10 x 4.5 rotors

It's running off of a GenAce 5300mah 4S lipo

Thing's I've checked and are definitely correct:
Motor and prop rotation
SuperX layout settings

The BB shows a host of issues: Motors not true to frame, ESC cal wrong or radically under propped, props/motors not balanced, etc.
