New to the hobby and really bit by the multi-rotor bug. My daughter (10yo) is also interested in RC aircraft and we are going to try building a MR together. Just getting into this so have a lot to learn. We have a few indoor helis and we are having a blast flying them around in the garage. Need something to do indoors during the brutal WI winter!:livid:

Our plan is to build a basic X type quad and learn about flight controllers, motors, batteries, transmitters, etc. Then we will see where that takes us. Might eventually get into some aerial photo/video.

Welcome. It's nice to have a flying partner. Get some cheap micro quads. If you are flying coaxial heli's (which are fun, I have 4 operational), they will teach you some bad Tx stick habits. Stay warm and have fun. Jay
