this site looks like a fantastic resource. I've got a few quadcopters and recently added a Hubsan X4 H107C+ to my arsenal. Always interested in what's going on in the drone world and hope to make some connections here.

I always hear about the husbans. Whats so special about those. Why not a syma?

I was actually REALLY close to getting a Syma X5C-1 instead, because you can start/stop video from the controller. With the Hubsan, I have to press a button on the quad itself to turn the camera on/off. But I also figured I was going to be doing most of my flying indoors with this drone - the smaller size and zippiness (for improving my piloting) for indoor flying is what turned the tide. Losing video on/off was a small tradeoff for me because I'd only be recording occasionally.
