GH1 / GH2 Shutter Trigger

Hi guys. I'm flying a Droidworx AD6 with the PhotoHigher AV130 and have been triggering a Sony NEX-5 with the GentLED system. I'd like to fly the GH1 or GH2 cameras but would like to know the best solution for triggering the shutter. I see that Quadrocopter has a shutter trigger that they describe as follows:

This is a small circuit board (pre-assembled) to trigger a camera that has an external trigger port (2.5mm)This cable will allow you to connect the MX2 controller to the Panasonic GH2.
The Shuttercable is simply connected to the transistor output of the FlightCtrl.

I'm not sure what the "MX2 controller" is that they refer to or what the voltage/wiring setup is that would allow me to use this trigger cable. I sent an e-mail to Quadocopter asking further info but haven't heard back yet. Anybody have the info here? Or, perhaps, another solution for triggering these cameras remotely?
