So I have taken my quad and moved all the weight of the camera and battery below the center of the craft. It now is flying better especially with stability in flight. The one difference I am seeing is that if I am in a windy condition moving forward when I go from forward flight to either slow it down or hover, the craft will flare up for a moment then correct itself. Any Idea which of the gains I may need to change to improve the situation

my basics gains are at %130 and attitude are at %85
