FUTABA R2008SB & T8J lost control unrecoverable error RED-GREEN lights on Rx

So here's the video - At 0:10 thats when I got nervous when it banked left

So this was after changing out my batteries from 4 "AA" ,around 5.1 volts, off the shelf energizers to a 2 cell lipo fully charged (8.0 volts) in my Futaba T8J Tx...after driving all day looking for a place to fly, I wont lie, I was anxious to get in the air. I waited for GPS to catch up, I checked my mini iOSD LCD readout for satelite locks (it said I had 9) because I only saw 1 set of many green flashes on naza m v2 LED light, so I though I was safe to fly. But as I soon found out I was not ready at all, the take off was quick ,as you can see, I had some new weight so I was not sure which way it would rock, so I just punched it. Once in the air, something didnt feel right, I noticed the LED blink yellow, so I started to make a an attempt to land, thats when, at 0:10 in the video, the F550 Hexacopter banked left, which was not a command I gave it. I then immediately had to make a touch down, which you can see was not pretty but not horrible.

Not sure what happened here, the change of battery and a few tweaks to the gains, but the real problem now is the ERROR CODE.. Red and Green alternating lights on the R2008SB.

When connected via USB cable to Naza software, the Tx is glitchy and connects then disconnects repeatedly. when R2008SB is green the Tx works, when its red the Tx doesnt transmit or the r2008sb is not receiving.
