F450 Build Questions!! Naza or Pixhawk

Hello everyone! I am new to these forums, as I am just getting into multirotors. Note: I have had past experience with a gas heli only (.30 Raptor V2).

I am planning on building on a dji F450 frame with a GoPro3 and gimbal payload. (FPV plans down the road). I was almost ready to purchase the F450 ARF kit with Naza V2 & e300 propulsion, but I started looking into pixhawk and decided to wait (my friend with an IRIS suggested.) I understand that the pixhawk requires tuning, but doesn't scare me too much. I just hope I can get GPS hold to be very stable. I have just received the Futaba T10j as my tx.

I have done a ton of reading the last few weeks, but I still cannot decide. Here are my possible options;

Option #1

Naza V2 with e300 or Tiger 2216's
3s or 4s setup.

Option #2
Pixhawk with e300 or Tiger 2216's
3s or 4s setup.

Q.1 Will Pixhawk run e300 without issues?
Q.2 Will I benefit from using the slightly larger Tiger motors (MT2216)?
Q.3 Which of the two flight controllers will give me the most stable/accurate GPS loiter?

Edit Q.4 Would Sunnysky 2216 motors be a decent/reliable alternative ?

Thank you in advance!
