esc's not calibrating naze32

Hello all, I am VERY frustrated with my build.

Naze 32 Acro
Hovership PDB

I have soldered all of my leads down, I plug my USB cable into my Naze32 and go to "motor testing" I raise the slider to max, and insert my battery. My esc's will beep, but when I reduce the slider to min they do not make any noise & the motors do not spin afterwards. I thought it could be my PDB soldering.. so I wired a spare XT60 lead (presoldered from multirotorsuperstore) to 2 of my Esc's, and again the same problem. The motors pulse & esc's beep when I put the battery in.. but thats it. They don't move when I apply throttle from the test section. I tried turning off motor arming and making min throttle 1000, max 2000 but i don't think this did anything.

I do have my radio setup (D4R-ii & Taranis x9d) but haven't even bothered plugging it in, I need to verify motor functionality which I currently cannot... Also it seems like my naze32 has my throttle on my mode 2 taranis on the right stick.. yet both are set to aetr and taranis says mode 2 on radio setup.

I could really use some help, I'm staring at $550+ worth of gear.. I can't figure it out.

Although the Naze may have a function to do this (I'm not familiar with Naze), the most common way to accomplish this is to plug the ESCs into the throttle channel of your Rx directly. You can do them individually or make/buy a servo lead that is 1 into 4.

Radio on. Throttle up all the way. Power esc. Wait for beep. Throttle down all the way. More beeps. Done.
