ESC Amperage Question

I am undecided on my motor's for planned Hexa build.
I have narrowed it down to 2 choices or three 3 motors depending on what I decide to lift.

1. Avroto 2514 suggest using 30 amp ESC's.
2. Either the Tiger 3515 or MN4014 which I'm considering call for 40 amp ESC's.

My question is if I go with the Avroto's 2514 to see if they will comfortable carry my load, can I use the 40 amp ESC's.

My thought is if I decide to change to the 3514 or 4014's, I wouldn't have to change ESC's if I just go with the 40 amp ESC's right off the bat.

If this can be done, can anyone tell me the pro's and con's?

Also, is their a recommended solder type I should be using?

Thanks

Hi jfro, bigger ESCs' are not going to do any harm just cost a bit more. Use Cored 60/40 solder and clean of the residue flux after wards with alcohol, DONOT use acid soldering flux like killed spirits of salts, that will eat your electronics.
