E-flite Power 160 Hexacopter

You read the title correctly. I'm kicking around the idea of building a hexacopter with 6 E-flite Power 160 motors. I already have the motors as part of a huge lot of electric plane parts I got on eBay.

I've only ever flown COTS quadcopters of the Parrot variety. So I need recommendations on:

1. Frame (Y or Star, materials, etc.)
2. Flight controller & Motor Controller
3. Batteries (saw a calculator that said I needed 10s lipo min.)
4. Propellers (2 or 3 blade, Size and pitch?)
5. FPV setup
6. Is this even possible with motors this large? A team called E-Volo flew a guy in Germany around with a 16 motor multicopter back in 2011. But each of those motors individually seemed to be smaller than the Power 160

Mr take no prisoners!
I would recommend building something like a 450 size quad first to get some experience with setup and flying. Once you have done that you will find you will have gathered a lot of info along the way and will be able to answer your own questions pretty much.
