After purchasing DJi product and in the event that support from DJI is necessary, what can I expect? Are service centers in the US plentiful and easy to use? Are warranty repairs handled in a reasonably time frame?

Recently, I had to use Horizon Hobby Support for serious repair issues. It was the very best support I've experienced for ANY tech support issue. As part of my business, I purchase and upgrade 3D apps, hardware and video software. I have to say that Horizon has been the absolute best I've had to deal with!
