DJI NAZA Drains battery?

I switched my Gaui 500X over from the GUY 44 to a DJI Naza a few weeks back. While I am happy with the performance, I am really disappointed that I have lost approx 20% of my usable flight times. Its very noticeable that it simply uses a lot more power than the Gaui FC.

Could I be doing something wrong here or is this normal?

20% less do to the change of the FC is a lot the energy has to go somewhere, what else changed in your setup ? only the FC or the ESCs also ? Are the ESCs a lot hotter than before. Are you using the voltage monitor from the Nazza ?
