Crash report; troubleshooting

DJI f450 / Naza

Went out tonight for a flight, and when I tried to lift off the ground, once I gave it a little throttle it instead tipped over to the left side. I tried again, thinking, "I'll just force it up and see what happens. See if it levels out." Horrible idea.

My quadcopter took off, 6 feet off the ground, banking hard left at like 10 mph. I had a that terrible feeling when you know something is about to go terrible wrong but there's nothing you can do...I let it come down and two arms on my frame broke, specifically where the plastic little landing gear meets the frame. I'm using Iris Aerial's carbon fiber landing gear, and I think the extra length just torqued it.

Any guesses as to what this could be?

What I changed since my last flight:
Put on a new motor - same model (2212) as the last one. This one was back-right (M4), the opposite side of where my quad was banking.
Oiled the bearings.

i havent had this problem, and ive swapped alot of motors so far, sounds like it was controller related?

Well, everything's fine now.

I hooked it up to my computer, and my controller's (DX6i) aileron showed a tick to the left when at center. I would be surprised if this was the entire problem, given that the same adjustment during flight produces a much less severe result. I fixed that issue by it by tuning my DX6i's sum-trim and travel until it showed center again.

Took it to the park and had a great hour of flight. Met 4-5 people, including 3 old ladies. So far the women my age have yet to take notice, but I'm sure that'll change once I mount my George Clooney cutout on the bird.
