Cheap RTF Hexa? or ???

I saw this Kickstarter project and I'm curious to know more about it....whether it really is a more affordable quality multi-rotor or cheap components put together.

The first red flag I saw was when they made the statement that they use a hexacopter for redundancy and that you could lose up to 2 motors (out of 6) and still land safely.

Kickstarter pulled this project.

Yeah, I noticed that statement was a bit far fetched too.
