Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
animau,
tight enough so that you can't move the prop when you've got a good grip on the motor. too tight with the bolt though and you'll either sever the prop stud from the base of the mount or just bend it out of center.
if you've got hard plastic props, a small drop of CA underneath the prop will help to keep it from slipping.
locktite on the prop shaft isn't such a great idea although some guys have been using nylock nuts.

Several threads say DO NO use locktite...search.

To stop the motor spinning i use some spark plug wire pullers to hold it....then a mini ratchet with an 11mm socket....i would guess 10-15 ft/lbs.

You will need a washer as the graupner hub is not as deep as the dji's...i found that non-hubcentric washers slightly unbalance the prop.

So i used a metal contersinker to bore out the stock prop nuts enough to clear the 1mm of motor spindle protrusion.
