Black Pearl Monitor Batteries

Is there a better way to charge the S3 11.1 volt black pearl monitor batteries other than the supplied charger ?
I just don't feel the batteries are getting fully charged using the supplied charger. They are S3 and would prefer to balance charge these using a better/quality lipo battery charger. But will need a proper connector to the battery to do this. Anyone any ideas ?

I'd switch to an external 12V power source, like a 3S lipo. They last all day so only one battery to charge.
