Bigger props resulting in a lot more instability?

My question is that, i am building hexacopter with 22" prop 325 kv motors and 60 amp esc, on 1300mm=4.5 feet aluminum frame which flight controler should be used, i already bought dji naza lite controlr? Is that work proper with .this setup? Any body idea about this. Please help me
