B6AC Dual power not discharging/storage

Hi,

I've got a B6AC 80W Dual power charger. I'm trying to use the Storage mode as I won't fly for a few months (knackered shoulder). But neither in discharge mode nor in storage mode will the charger discharge the batteries. Discharge rate is 0.0A. It just sits there and counts the minutes. Tried on 6s and 4s.

Any ideas?

It might be a silly question but do you have the balance charger cable connected ? Only I believe that's used for the discharge path.

Thanks for the reply. The picture is just to show the model, nothing's connected up. I am using the balancing cable, but it would be a good reason if I hadn't.

Does the charger have a setting for minimum cell voltage? Check for voltage settings for both storage and discharge cuttoff.
