Antenna and Receiver

I'm trying to mount my equipment on my tripod. Would it hurt to double stick tape my Lawmate Receiver to the back of the Patch Antenna

I've seen others do the same, so probably not.

I have mine velcroed to the back of my monitor with no problems.
