    Asctec

Anyone use or used the Asctec Falcon 8? Its pricey, but I wonder how much I will spend on how many MR's, and how long it will take, to get close to matching the stated performance of one of these. It talks the talk, but does it walk the walk....anyone?

    Selling Gopro Hero 1080

Was going to put my GP1 up on ebay, but I only have a replacement housing with section removed for connections, so thought it would really only be any use to Aerial users who want live video out. It comes with 1 flat sticky mount, 1 contoured sticky helmet mount. 1x White retainer thingy. AV...

    Hoverfly HFPro, Failsafe?

Am I right in saying HFP has no native failsafe function when used without HF GPS, ie Autoland? So failsafe has to be set on the Rx with the only way to activate being to switch off the Tx. Another question: My Altitude hold function has got scary again,.. massive range of altitude and fast...

    Hoverfly drift elimination proceedure

When you do this proceedure: to reduce the drift of the craft. I assume that you can re-centre your trims before you connect the battery for the second time. Any of you having issues with Altitude hold, mine goes up like a rocket, have not played around with the gain yet, still at + - 25.

    XAircraft XA/APC Custom fibreglass props

Anyone know where, (other than XAircraftUSA) I can get some of the APC props custom made to fit XA motors? I presume they are slotted and not just bored out wide to fit?

    NAZA/GPS Vs WKM

Apart from the WKM being expandable, what justifies the WKM being more than double the cost of Naza/GPS? Is the WKM a tad wobbly like the Naza? Any advice experiences and opinions would be well received. Cheers Steve

    Gopro and Jello

Out of interest I am wondering how people are getting on with GP/GP2 with regard to vibration. Are all CMOS cameras as sensitive to vibes or is the Gopro just a particular SOB when it comes to rolling shutter effect. I have perfectly balanced APC props, and am using align vibration absorbing gel...

Turnigy Plush ESC's performance in wind

For those using Plush ESC's; how do you find they perform in moderate winds or turbulent gusty breezes? I get a lot of jigging about as the craft suffers the the lift differentials on my 4 props and the subsequent corrections. In fact my F450 and X650 are really only rock solid in zero wind or...

    Photozoom software deal

Found this handy looking photo enlargement software on offer through Groupon I'm assuming it uses some sort of pixel fill in technique to maintain sharpness. Can be used as a Photoshop plug in. http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/national-deal/Avanquest/5923063?nlp=&CID=UK_CRM_1_0_0_141&a=1664...
