SLAP ME... I took it to a local hobby shop and we balanced the props as I didn't have a prop balancer ( Now I do)... He also made a adjustment to the right and left on the stick.. I had it backwards.. It flys good now all i have to do is find some new 8 inch props...I am still flying with 10...

I pulled the Gps puck out and it didnt seem to fix anything.. It is a little windy today so i am not sure either way..

yeah both of them are 35c.. Thew batteries are correct.... I am going to take it to a open field today and try to get it off the ground without the gps.. I will see what it can do..

No I haven't tried this.. I am not sure i can fly it in attitude mode.. Never tried... I have two batteries and both seem to work fine.. They both charge and the red light does the same thing on both batteries. All the motors appear to be working.. I changed out two of them just to see if...

In the video, that up and down is the HEX doing that by itself... When it starts to drop i am raise up to get it to come up.. The drifting right is part of the problem

They all stop just about the same time.. None of them stop faster then the others.. I do have a dung up prop or two that might need to be replace and i am headed to the hobby store today to try this..

I was just inspecting the GPS puck and it appears that the black bottom was cracked in the crash I had.. i wonder if it could be affecting this? If so does anyone have a link where i might be able to order another one?
