I do not have a lot of knowledge on Open Source Software... If I updated the Board when there was already a firmware installed its glitches?

Well... Everything seemed to be Alright at the beginning.. But right now when I make rough movements the Gimbals seems to glitch and goes kinda crazy.. I have installed those 3 firmwares on the board... is it glitching because of that?
