I am having trouble soldering a spektrum 4649t serial rd to a sp racing f3 deluxe fc. I have it all wired to uart3 but the rx will not power up. This rx requires 5volts. Is uart3 5volts? I do not have a multimeter to test Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk
