    Prop question again

Having experience flying collective pitch helicopters definitely helps with flying Quads. Especially in manual mode. The Hexa is pretty much the same but orientation takes some getting used to and don't expect to be able to throw the Hexa around like you can with a 450-500 heli.

And I'm sure you have no throttle curves programmed in your TX that would throw your throttle position off at the 50% setting. All mixes off as well. I'm sure you've checked this but I'm just trying to rule out possibilities.

    Prop question again

I now only use 4s with the 10" props and never had a problem with the stock props. The key to it is to balance your motors and props !! 4s 3300 with 10" stock props.

MultiWii / NAZE / SP Racing F3 Quadrino zoom on a cut down hobbyking carbon frame.

I got tired of the arms breaking on my F330 with my quadrino test quad so I decided to make a stronger frame. I had a carbon fiber hobbyking frame laying aroung so I cut the arms to make the quad the exact same dimensions as the Dji F330.. This is a video of the first aerobatic test flight. My...

Setting a failsafe point with a 3-pos swtich on Hitec A9

Setting a failsafe point with a 3-pos swtich on Hitec A9

Yes, it can be done. If you set the A9 fail-safe while the slider is in the fail-safe position, then the NAZA will go into fail-safe when the controller is turned off.

    Naza with HiTec Aurora 9

Setting the failsafe for the naza WITH the gps/gps ATT/Manual will not switch into failsafe mode. In order for failsafe to work, you have to use the Transmitter fail-safe. Just move the slider until the "Failsafe" lights up and then, while your radio is connected to the receiver, press the...

    Naza with HiTec Aurora 9

OK.. you can certainly set this all up on that same switch.. I will show you how.. The only problem is that you have to figure out how to set the radio up for fail-safe in order for fail-safe to work on this switch. Until we figure out the radio failsafe, you can use the 3-pos switch to set...

Naza and F450 with go pro..

Following a buddy of mine while he was flying his plane. He was going too fast so I started doing really fast figure 8's and low passes. Even got in a loop.. Skip to 1:35 for the quad sport flying.. Props need to be balanced but she still flew well..
