The better the gimbal is balanced, the less stress there will be on the servo's which lead to faster response and more power from the servo's I use 3 av200 and 1 av130 with about a dozen d camera's from gopro, to gh3, to big Nikon dslr to red epic with different lenses, I always managed to...

Roll and tilt balance are both important, and is always possible, also with dslr.

Just testflown. It performs great! Everything works well, except for 1 thing. On my phone I can control anything, but on my tablet, I can't upload waypoints or use flytopp or ptzlock. Everything else does work on my tablet, I can adjust settings and stuff. Anybody know what to do?

I just put it on my dji f550, works perfect with dji esc without calibrating.

I also hope they bring a stand alone, would also like to try it with my ysx4;)

You are right for smaller camera's, but a haven't seen them use alexmos with an epic:)

I have all that. Vibration damping between mount and frame, and the special red tray. It is on a skyjib 8. What servo's do you use?

How did you manage that? I flew with a scarlet and apical on av200, but had to lower gains around 170 on tilt and roll, and even 35 on pan, and it was still a bit bouncing...

If so, i woud like to be the first to know! I am from www.videodrone.nl and we are in desperate need for such a gimbal for a red epic:)

Dd gimballs are going to be great, but it will take a time before they could swing a red epic for instance;)

Still, i am very interested in dji zenmuse, if the price is right, I probably consider it;)
