    Thank you Nivin. My post is only eight days old so any help is still great and appreciated. So far as I understand it my escs can't be calibrated because there is no facilty to do so - they are Jeti Hicopter 40A Opto escs.

    Thank you fltundra. I have just checked all is working as you suggest. And yes, all motors are spinning in the right direction (counter-clockwise top and clockwise underneath). And if one side of the aircraft is raised, the raised side motors slow and the opposing motors speed up. So far so...

    UPDATE. Thank you for your replies and interest. In the end I found a brand new 'Pro' puck on eBay and expect delivery from the US to the UK in a week or so. My reasoning being that I if I have any issue with it I can exchange it for the 'Pro Plus'. I hope I made the right call. Regards, Nick.
