The 4 in 1 seems really nice for a larger quad that needs 20 amps, but for me I only need 12 amps, so it nearly doubles the weight of 4 esc and a board.

The 14SG does look nice. What exactly is PPM and S-bus? What receiver would you suggest to run on a 250? Ill probably hold off on getting for a little bit as It cost more than quad, batteries and chargers. Definitely something to look at later. So I would solder the ESC directly to the board...
