Nah, all Inspire. I know you love your P3. Thinking about P4 for tight indoor missions though.

@Petr Hejl Here it is! The wind was much more turbulent at 350 ft AGL than I perceived. Other than that, I shot this at 1am and wish I had been out much sooner to capture more action on the streets.

I haven't heard of Litchi so I'll check that out. A buddy of mine beta tested Autopilot and loves it. Pricey app in my opinion but I'm sure it's worth it. I purchased Airnest last November, for a discount code I got from them at Drone Wolrd Expo in Silicon Valley. Haven't played with it much...

Orthophoto of an AMA flying field

Agisoft is legit. Curious to know what you think of DroneDeploy's orthos? I have had pretty solid results with their service but I am also looking at Pix4D.

    Introduce Yourself

Excellent! I'm going to check out your 360 pano article next! My closest colleagues are deep into VR. In the Bay Area we are on the bleeding edge. I've been wanting to fly 360 GoPro camera rigs ever since I started flying. Now there are pocket consumer 360 cameras! Can't wait to hear about your...

Aerial video and photography using drones

Close! Shutter was set to 2 seconds. I used 2 batteries to capture as many stills as I could. Should have used all six as I only got about 150 images. At 24 fps that's only 6 seconds. In post I made the image sequence 12 fps And it came out nicely. How do you maintain position consistency after...

    Newbie's Frist Videos

Greetings all! I'm a new member and have been flying for just over a year now. I was trained by an aerospace engineer who insisted on the DIY approach but I'm a cinematographer. I'm Tech savvy, but I really didn't want to be soldering and tinkering. I wanted to be focused on the images. So when...

@Petr Hejl Thank you for your long exposure tutorial! It was very insightful and your color grading tips helped immensely. Soon as I finished your video I went out and shot my first aerial long exposure timelapse. Would appreciate any feedback. Keep up the great work there!

    Introduce Yourself

My name is Roger. I am a formally trained cinematographer and visual FX artist. Camera has always been my passion. I also enjoyed flight sims since I was a kid. I was introduced to multirotor RC just over a year ago. I met an aerospace engineer who built and designed his own multirotors. He put...
