I have read a thread somewhere that in GPS mode the start is somewhat regulated in power up to about 10 feet. There is some throttle calibration going on at start obviously. This why you need to give high throttle to get off ground. If it is heavy, it is even more pronouced. I notice it myself...

I'm running a 3s 6000 from them on my F550 and must say I'm very pleased so far. I will get more of these Lipos for sure. As you say, they seems a bit lighter than other lipos with the same performance, which is very good.

The jello effect was fixed with balancing the props. Really smooth now. The only thing that bothers me now is the roll drift.
