We go SDI out of the Camera and into a SmallHD screen mounted to the rails and go HDMI out to either a paralinx arrow or DJI lightbridge.

Our Gh4 Gimbal was doing the same thing. I stopped tightening the screws that mount the camera as much. I just make them snug but I don't over crank them and it stopped the bad vibrations.

Unfortunately you currently cannot have the slave device transmitting also. I wish you could so you wouldn't have to be tethered to the other op. We just use the second LB for either client monitor or so the pilot has a screen along with the cam op to do better tracking.

No problem. They also have the Arrow X if you need some more range.

Why not use something like a Paralinx Arrow since they make one that uses HDMI instead of SDI? Also what exactly are you trying to do?

I second that. Once you shoot with the system long enough you can take the camera off, switch out a battery or card, and have it back up in the air within a minute.

What are you needing SDI out for? We used our S900 for a livestream at a concert and we came out of light bridge, into a HDMI - SDI converter then when into the video switcher. We had the lightbridge set to realtime at 720p but recorded internally at 4k.

Since the inspire 1 controller has built in lightbridge do you think you will be able to pair it with the lightbridge air system on a S900 / S1000? Would be a great all in one controller and I wonder if this would make dynamic RTH work on the S900 / S1000

Once the reset it successful you will see the gimbal in your assistant software. Update the software again then power cycle the heli.

I don't think that ios 8.1 is the issue. The devices that already had the lightbirdge app on it worked fine for about 5 days before it quit working on Friday. Have you tried to hard reset it by jumping it? Use either a wire or something metal to jump these two pins

It might be one step backwards but I just hooked up the av out coming out of the gimbal into light bridge. If I'm shooting 2.7k I switch light bridge to HDMI in and if I'm shooting in 4k I switch it to av in.

Fly a bit higher and adjust the tilt down some. Also you can fly in atti mode and build up some momentum then level out the heli and coast into the shot you are wanting. Ive never had an issue with props getting into the shot unless making an aggressive forward movement.

Not sure what the issue was there. Sometimes it would show up and other times it wouldn't.

We first flew the 5dII and now the 6d but haven't flown a GH3. From the looks of it though the GH3 is gorgeous in the air.
