Having the possibility to flash Herks were FW is turned off, I can pretty much rule out that FW is the cause. The issues stays the same FW on or off.

4s 11A is 820g but i wouldnt use 4s on the low Kv motors that the S800 will have, you should stay with 6s which is better anyways. The link above shows you a 6s 11A lipo with weight 1.2 KG 400$ compared to a 15A 6S but 2.2 KG. The 11A probably will give you the same same flight time as the 15A...

ZZr wait with the lipo buying until you have a clear number what the S8000 can take up on payload this lipo combo already gives you 2.4 kg than you have the gimbal and you camera you are very quickly on a 4 kg payload. Ask DJI before if that reasonable ! Boris

three steps toptweaks. locate the s-bus port on the futaba receiver, find which port on the naza controller is dedicated to s-bus, in the config tool choose d-bus and you are set. Your Receiver also needs power either from one of the becs on the ESCs or from the PMU bec output. Boris
