    Aerial Tips - Lesson #1

Glad you guys like the video. The music for the tips video came with Apple's Soundtrack Pro program, and so did a few of the sound effects. Most of the music in our videos is from "The Music Bed." We license the music from them for a fee.

    Cinestar 8 and Hoverfly Pro

It's a Marshall monitor. A v-r70p I believe. It's discontinued I think. It's a decent field monitor, very rugged, but there are better monitors out there. I'm excited about SmallHD's new DP7. It'll be available in a very bright version, but it is $2700. For pro gear, that's what I'd...

    Aerial Tips - Lesson #1

Glad you guys like it. When I was cutting it together I had my doubts as to whether it would be useful at all - it was definitely cheesy though, as intended.

Two clients want me to fly their RED EPIC cameras - advice?

The MT2814-10 has some good specs. They're very similar to the QC3328 motors I'm running now, which are great motors. They'd probably get too hot in this boiling Atlanta summer though if I was pushing them with a 10 pound payload.

Two clients want me to fly their RED EPIC cameras - advice?

I've been running a lot of numbers and variables through eCalc, and putting together the right combo is no easy task with the current hardware available. One of the main issues that concerns me is that much of our shooting takes place around Atlanta, GA. And it is HOT here. We've had several...
