They're brilliant, would make great Seattle postcards/prints.

No, but I did pop in at quadcopters.co.uk on the way home to buy the motors, ESCs and power distro for it, so I'm not wasting any time. :)

That's great. It is a pity we didn't know earlier though, might have attracted more people. Not sure if it will make a difference or not, but I can mention it on my facebook page if you like, link back to this thread. I'm not sure what to say for the charity raffle AD4 tickets, £20 maybe? I...

I was watching the rides too much to notice the weather. What camera did you use, if it's ok to ask?

I'm looking forward to seeing people's camera and gimbal setups, and any interesting anti-vibration techniques. :)

There was no Paxman, he's on a Summer break, it was Gavin Esler presenting. It was pretty scary doing it live, especially as I knew a load of my friends were watching.

    Multirotor on BBC Newsnight

It was me flying the little quad live in the studio. All the outside stuff was filmed earlier with other people.

Fantastic Gunter, that's one of the best uses for low altitude aerial photography I think. It's quite hard convincing archeologists to give you a try sometimes because they don't usually have any money, and they sometimes use kite aerial photography and such, which is nowhere near as good but...

Hi FerdinandK, I like your videos - I'm really into large machinery like harvesters. The music works really well too. What setup are you flying? Jackella, nice job following your friend, it's pretty difficult sometimes when they're flying about all over the place. Vojec, well that place is...

Both look like it was fun making the videos the last two, and kind of a weird coincidental contrast. :)

Nice, I love the contrast balance and sharpness of the first two pictures. I also like the way they've built that bridge high only at one end to let bigger boats through.

I know what you mean about youtube. It ain't so bad if you click 720 or 1080p while watching, but a lot of people don't know you can do that even now A lot of people upload stuff to vimeo, which I think you can set to play HD by default?

I like it, especially the overhead shot at 1:56 onwards. There's more exciting videos around, but it's nice and steady and is the sort of footage a lot of people want. You could certainly use it as part of a bigger film. Also, you could maybe play with the levels a bit to make it all stand out a...
