Installed H33D gimbal and it glitches when my TX is turned on

Always turn your tx on first. Then power up your system and don't flick it about like that then see what happens!

DJI is going to release its DropSafe parachute system

+2 I not be rushing anywhere near this. Think of the size the platform will have to be just to have this installed. Sub 7kg will disappear if parachutes become mandated. Watch this space (again) I guess! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Blade 350QX Transmitter need help.

The spektrum DX5e that comes in the RTF kit is perfectly capable. I would suggest trying it before you start pulling it apart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    BMPCC, GH4, 5DmkIII, NEX7...did I miss any?

Servo back lash might be what I'm seeing... I'll pull some clips out and stabilise them and see what it looks like. Cheers!

Steve, What setting are you filming on with your CX410? I'm getting terrible pixelation and judder which looks like the BOSE trying to fight the gimbal? Best, Matt.

    BNUC-s vs. RPQ-s?

1st day is intro then a test on the web based training. Rest of first day is Air Law. 2nd day is all classroom training. 3rd day is exam in the am and pm is practical tasking a. All I can say is enjoy the web based training and take it all in. Don't fret and there was a chap who didn't have...

    BNUC-s vs. RPQ-s?

You'll struggle to refer to anything and fly safe. Best to know your procedures inside and out. No particular manoeuvres you just need to plan and carry out the tasking safely. You did need to be a capable pilot.

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

I've got the GentWire on mine if you want to get a shot somewhen. It seems useful for inspection work but that about it.

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

I've not had it long but it seems pretty bomb proof. Depends what you want from a gimbal! I like the fact i can swap camera in seconds with no faffing. I don't imagine it would be much cop with the like of a 5n on it. I may well try the GLOCK controller as a few seem to swear by this set up...

    Phantom max operating altitude

Go for max climb speed / battery endurance. I assume this is for Enclosures / FRC for RPQ-s? The CAA just want to know how far it can go if it flys away essentially and draw a bubble!

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

I have a CX410 with BOSS under an AV130 on an XMX4. Yet to fully test but it is up and running for very reasonable cost and will certainly cut the mustard on inspection work. My downlink quit at 30m so I have yet to do a full test as I could not see the angle (tilt) or focal length (zoom)...

Is anyone flying this yet? How have you found it? I can't find a CX730 anywhere!

    BNUC-s vs. RPQ-s?

It depends on the tasking they give you I guess. I would say you back brief one of the Resource staff and get them to be an observer if your risk assessment / site survey highlights that as a requirement?
