My SkyJib 8 V2 is on the way, should be here tomorrow. Had hoped it was going to ship last week with everyone else's, but they must have only been shipping other models out.

Does anyone have experience or know about the hobbywing platinum pro 60a escs? Are they compatible? Also does any one know if its possible to ref lash cc esc`s with SimonK?

Il try changing channels later today, see if it helps. I find it odd that only the 1.2 chanels seem to get reception, once i go up to 1.3 I dont get any reception. Kloner: Nope it hasn't, made sure of that.

At the moment Ive been using a Japan FPV recorder to show the video. I have a 10.2 plye screen the same as quadrocopter sells which i can test it on. Just waiting on wires, connectors and heatshrink from hobbyking to wire up and test.

I Just tryed removing the yellow cables from the tbs and soldering them directly together. Same thing Removed VTX and camera from TBS, soldered them together. Same thing Added a ReadyMadeRC LC Common Mode Power Filter...

Ive tryed it with out the core, I wired it up yellow-yellow, black- black, red-red; then powered it and tested it, same deal. Doesn't get reception, il try again in a few hours. I put the shield on hopping it would help, it didn't. so il remove it later. But it seems like a problem with the VTX...

Just changed them around. No luck. Doesnt power on now. Checked it with a multimeter and powers there. 12.3v. Check this picture again of the supplied cable that broke, its black, white, red, yellow. I had them the same way around as the supplied cable. Looks like the order has been changed...

Re did it, use a new cable. double checked the order. It all looks right. Its just the same. Looses signal after 5 meters. I know its probably something simple, which is annoying.:upset:

I thought audio was odd, didnt see the point of it but since im new to this i thought id just keep it as it is. Il redo the cable now and see what happens.

Heres a picture of the original VTX cable. It was sliced appart when I removed the large heatsink that was on it. So thats why that colours are different where there soldered on to the frame, to make it correct on the VTX. I can try and remove it if you think there could be an issue there...

I did have small crash yesterday, hence missing an arm that some how broke from about 2 meters up. But the image was like this before the crash happened.

Ive had a read and it sounds like there are some possible issue with the red bricks. So Im thinking of going the other route and getting the 70a esc. Does hobbyking sell the tools needed to flash an esc?
