Absolutely, if you intend to do Aerial video , especially if you use a CMOS camera.

The stock gimbal is OK for photos but for video, you only have to look at what XA are putting out there as demo footage, its well under par. I upgraded to a savox 1258TG, great improvement in roll stab. They come stock with PH mounts. Had to modifify the gimbal a little to make the new servo fit.
