Not as much power as the 15inch props with a 6S motor that the arms are designed for. I'm sure they will be fine. TBH, they seem stronger than the DJI arms, and I have no problems with those, even after I extended them out to 650 size.

You should try to get the person on the phone or some how track where they are. I would pretend to be an interested buyer first rather than posting that it's stolen right away, then try to get some info out of them. Couldn't hurt really.

Dave, I think you hit the nail on the head. You can easily see at the end of the video that they were flying in GPS mode and had no sats locked. 3 red flashes followed by a double purple LED. Some people have more money than sense I suppose.

Badfrog, the short answer is that there is no license in the US. Commercial flight is restricted and they won't have proper legislation passed till 2015 at the earliest.
