3DR sponsors the DC meetup group I'm in. I'm one of the few guys there not using APM, but I think I'm going to pik one up for testing. I like the fact that you can set the max angle with atti mode. I like to crank that thing up o about 80-85 degrees for FPV.

I'm about to either give APM a try, or go back to the CC3D for exactly that reason. Maybe I'll do both. ;-)

I don't think you can. I'm curious in this myself. I used to fly a CC3D board for FPV and I miss that feature now.

Don't get me wrong. I see the value in calling these aircraft by a name other than drone, I just think its a hard battle to fight and efforts are probably better spent else where. They are going to call it what they want at the end of the day.

I've seen the same thing with my wookong. This happened both in RTH and with the waypoint click-n-go. I never did figure out what the problem was. While it did buck back and forth a lot, it would still stay in the air, so I gave up on trying to find the problem.
