What is it about the H3-2D gimbal that came with my Phantom 2 that makes it for that heli only (according to a label on the box)? The instructions for the gimbal, pulled from the Phantom 2 support page, show how to mount it to the F450.

It's my first Phantom but I've been flying an F450 a bit. In any case, I do plan to fly it without the gimbal a bit first.

If you don't yet know how to fly a multirotor you may wish to train on something like a Blade MQX. I did and it was invaluable.

Can you be more specific about the order? Do I switch briefly into manual before exciting safe mode or after? I have my radio set up so that I can force safe mode from any of the three flight modes and want to make sure I can successfully regain control.

Using a Youtube video I was able to set up a two-position switch that forces Failsafe from any of the flight modes. My only question now is whether you must be in one or the other of those modes in order to successfully come OUT of failsafe. One youtube video says you must be in Atti or Manual...

Are there any lawyers amongst us who can offer an opinion on how this type of injunction works? I have two questions: 1) Can DJI bypass the injuction by simply getting new U.S. distributors? 2) Would an injunction have to remain in place while the case is litigated?
