Thank you for that great instruction. However, the Topflite is the one that people say come with bent rods and unbalanced cones. Is that something I should worry about? Should I just get it and have them send me new rods if I see a problem?

Well, I'm flying a GoPro on a different platform so it's a bit of an apples to oranges comparison. I have a Disco Pro that I've yet to start flying - I was kind of waiting to figure out if it would be stable enough for GoPro work. Perhaps with the long arms it will be.

What is the advantage to longer arms? I am inferring that one can get longer flight times but would it add stability? I'm having lots of trouble with shaky footage.
