Changing to better bearings sounds like a good idea. What size are they? Time to put in an order to Boca. :) Right now mine are all getting hot together, and they all have the same amount of cogging. My setup is pretty heavy, though, at 2.1kg/4-1/2 lbs. -- Gary

The two 4s-2600 packs mount to the end of the battery plate/gimbal mount, and they perfectly counter-balance the camera and gimbal. I actually think this flies a bit more stable than my other F450 setup, which is quite a bit lighter. -- Gary

Those do look pretty cool, but I just use $2 pool noodles. :) Not because I'm cheap, but because it really helps with orientation. Obviously, though, this is not an issue for an FPV platform. :)-- Gary

Smaller props equal higher disc loading. Anyway, I've found this to be true as well. :)

I've found that with geared systems, there's always going to be a bit of backlash, or "slop" in the gears, which tends to get worse over time. You don't have this problem with belt drives, in my opinion. -- Gary

I too have little problem with a WK-M setup and wind. If you are getting lot of wobbling, clearly the gains are not high enough. If you can't get the gains high enough to stop the wobbling without the platform starting to oscillate, the problem is likely that your disc loading is too light for...
