There's something call GPS lock. You can always make a mount on top of the radio and mount your android/iphone there.

Are you still using the stock prop? I think you should worry about the prop first, it might break in flight. Normally you want to be at half throttle at hovering, so that you have spare power to get out of trouble. So if your quad hover at 70%-80% stick that's not good, should upgrade to 4s...

I do believe the bearing size is 3x8x4 for the DJI motor. We do carry some ABEC 5 bearings here if anyone need it. Most motor come with ABEC3, but these are ABEC5 and much better. Only have 1 set left right now, but we will get more in...
