If anyone googles this, three things were changed to fix it, not sure what did it. GPS magnetic declination, had to adjust my gps by 15 degrees (check your location). Remeasured IMU and gps placement. Re made route in ground station. Works fine now.

Negative. My phantom 2 arms in gps and flys no problem.

Ahhh I see. Mine appears to do that properly. I move the switch and each highlights blue from GPS > ATTI > MAN At the bottom of the assistance the mode also updates properly going from GPS Atti > Atti > Manual

Just tried. Armed fine in atti, switched to GPS and it immediately dearmed. Im not sure where i'd find an error code. I've never seen one yet.
