I strongly suggest removing any and all trim/sub-trim on a MR. If you can't calibrate the Futaba without subtrim there is something wrong there... Hmmmm

Make sure you don't have any subtrim/trim either. Also I have seen a transmitter with a wonky stick gimbal cause these problems. I'd Recalibrate the sticks too

Hmmmm, what else can I come up to check. You checked the trim/Sub-trims, calibrated the transmitter itself?

When you did the stick calibration in the assistant did you make sure that both stick were in the center position (showing green) before you hit the "write" option in the assistant program program

I would start to make sure you didn't get any trim/Sub-trim in the F550 model in your controller. If it's all zero'd out then I would do the same an fully reboot the WKM, make sure to try the same thing with redoing the entire set-up

I'd try rebooting the Naza And reinstall the latest update...basically from start to finish on the settings as well Make sure your model selection doesn't have any trim or sub-trim first!
