    CF prop options

Foxtech no longer has the Supreme Lite.... Just Supreme.... For the cost difference, you might as well buy T-Motor... I have some Maytech (T-motor) style on order.... They are solid CF as opposed to the Cork sandwich like T-Motor... so a bit heavier... The nice part is they have the same high...

$125 Tarot ZYX-M Flight Control - Had to try it.

I have to say that I was impressed with the FC performance. Seems a lot like SuperX..... kind of smooth and graceful, sliding to a stop..... no wacky nervous GPS ... fighting you.... Compared to Naza or WKM, I would say WAY smoother..... Not quite an A2.... Now it needs more time in the air to...

I agree with bad ESC..... We saw a lot of this last year with many ESC..... I know nothing of that brand ESC, but am an advocate of buying UP on motors & ESC...... I would try a higher quality ESC in the future... Sorry to hear about you crash....

    Hexacrafter to release x8 frames.

Most never need to make any adjustments to motor alignment as they are usually within .1 degree. The very large frames can be a bit more.. For those seeking perfection, adjustments can be made by either sanding the arm as done by Kloner or by using shim washers under one side of the motor...

Aeronavics / Droidworx Anyone tried the new Flame 80A T-Motor Esc's on U7 motors?

Palin, I also just wish to provide a bit of additional advice...... with U7 & T-80a.... The combination works very well.... and yes, the ESC do get warmer than most are familiar with, but as long as you are using 17" or less props we have never seen a failure....the ESC are designed to operate...

    Hi

Like most things.... The more bells & whistles.... the more expensive.... There are some that are free.... just need a TX interface or TX trainer Controller with USB.... http://www.microflight.com/FMS-Flight-Simulator Some are moderately priced, but may not have a Multicopter...

Aeronavics / Droidworx Anyone tried the new Flame 80A T-Motor Esc's on U7 motors?

Palin, I cannot speak to the website of the vendor you site, but rather speak with information sent directly to me from T-motor. HexaCrafter works very closely with T-motor and often are the 1st to test/ report on issues with their products. When news of the Flame 80a ESC release were published...

    Hi

Welcome... Try using a simulator to get familiar with control movements.... A good GPS based multi.... Like the Phantom would be a very good choice for learning to fly.... it has GPS to help if you get in trouble and panic... Best of luck.... The hobby is a bit additive....

Aeronavics / Droidworx Anyone tried the new Flame 80A T-Motor Esc's on U7 motors?

Palin... The Flame 80a ESC are not for use with the U7..... This has been stated by T-motor.... The Flame 80a series ESC are specifically designed for use with the U8 & U10. The firmware is specific to these motors.... It sounds like you are have timing issues as the ESC timing & firmware is for...

UPDATED!: Gremsy gStabi H6 initial Thoughts & Handheld Test (Video)

So here is the question.... Why is it when you have a shoot planned...and cannot rebook... the weather turns to 25-35mph wind & gusts...... I think it is a government conspiracy to keep commercial use of aerial platforms grounded..... Yep.... they must have sensors that identify when you are...

what are the chances? Iosd mkii

Yep.... This has been stated many times before.....obviously DJI does not care. SuperX has the best data tracking..... Blackbox.... A few have written their own programs to best extract DJI data.. including our UK dealer Vin Warwick... but I do not think it has been updated in a long while. It...

1100mm hex build. Hexacrafter, T-Motor, A2. Oh my.

Well... If it is smoothly skidding to a stop in ATT then I would say the ATT gains sound good. Basic (GPS) gains with DJI products are a completely different story... GPS mode on DJI product is fairly aggressive in that mid level gains still cause the aircraft to "fight" to hold position.... As...

1100mm hex build. Hexacrafter, T-Motor, A2. Oh my.

Well it is actually BOTH as the setting does both in a way!!! With ATT gains, I like to think about it as how quickly the aircraft reacts to right itself.... in reaction to stick commands...see below.... This has been one of those issues of debate for YEARS.....For those of us that came from...

What ESC on Tiger Motor U3

T-motor Air 40. The U3 is basically a MN3510-700 with a new case. The 3510 runs a 30a esc warm. I really recommend matching mfg... motor & ESC. Why buy a high end motor and match it with a different mfg. ESC?
