my DJI F550 had 10" stock and now 10" Graupners and had it both loaded up with FPV gear, landing gear and gimbal, and just with the FPV gear and it flies just fine on my 4s batteries. My stock DJI motors only get warm

That landing gear looks awesome. Mine just got mailed from Aeroxcraft today. I have a Sony Nex5n so I didn't get the gimbal but he made a bracket so i can mount the camera in a fixed position. Can't wait to try it out.

I've been trying to find a aluminum case for my F550. When I was searching weeks ago the only thing I could find was from USA companies and were hundreds of dollars. Does anyone know where one could be found for the $50 or under range. Just a cheapy Harbor Freight style one is fine.

My motors also stay on (about the CSC speed) I think it's because my fail safe is set to 10% Cant help you on the trimming you have to keep doing. Are all the sliders in the TX calibration screen green and in the middle?

I'm still a beginner and learning but I have my DX fail safe set to 10% (from what I was told to do) Maybe 50% is too high and over riding the NAZA. from what I thought, when you lose signal or flip the switch the radio and the NAZA both go into fail safe but the NAZA will over rice the radio...

I have the 10" Graupners and they are great. I've broken 2 stock props on the blade close to the hub just from hovering and never abused. I don't trust the stock props anymore, especially since I'm now going to try and carry my new Sony Nex5n.

Just a shot in the dark but are all your motors going the right direction. When I built mine, 3 of the motors were going the wrong way although all the props were placed correctly. I tested mine by doing the CSC and doing it six times watching one prop each tine to see if each motor was turning...

Just measured the gap on the f550 WITH MY 10" Graupners and the gap is 1 1/8" so the 11" props will fit but I don't know if the blade tips being only 1/8" apart from each other would cause some weird buffeting.
