You have to disassemble just like you put it together but you can keep the tension rods connected to the legs and just disconnect from the H frame, and loosen the clamps. At least that's how I use to get mine back in the case. It only took 3 minutes from opening the case to powering up.

If you run your battery down to 3.7v UNLOADED that should be about 80% on a battery in good condition. I go to about 3.6ea loaded 3.7 UNLOADED and the battery takes just under 80%

If your talking about the voltage monitor it doesn't matter what size Mah battery you have, it's the voltage that will enabe the first and second protection. When you change from 3s to 4s then you have to adjust the settings.

I had problems with my LED also. I think it's too delicate and if pressed too hard an LED will go out. I could press lightly on the bubble and make the LED change color. Then could also flick it and make the LED show the incorrect color. If you gently push it you will see what I mean.
